Collaborating to enhance the coordination of care across the region

Local health professionals are invited to join colleagues and community representatives to explore how we can enhance the coordination of care within the health care system, and improve the delivery of health services across the Wheatbelt. Facilitated by Dr Tony Mylius, resident Cardiologist, health professionals will have the opportunity to hear from ED Physician Dr Anna Verone, St John Ambulance’s regional manager and the role/services they offer, and a lived experience from a consumer navigating the local system.
